Soccer – Rodgers’ philosophy suits Vardy

Jamie Vardy believes Brendan Rodgers' style of play will help him score more goals for Leicester City. The 32-year-old reached the milestone of 100 goals for the Foxes when he grabbed a brace in Saturday's 3-1 victory against Fulham and he will be keen to keep his rich vein of form going against Burnley this weekend. Vardy, who has scored five times in his last five appearances for the club, said: "The new manager wants us to play at a high tempo with a quick press. "It has definitely benefited me but we all know there is a lot of hard work to come." Leicester, 4/6 with bet365 to finish in the top half of the Premier League table this season, are 15/2 to win 1-0 at Turf Moor on Saturday.
