Usain Bolt would ‘not have a problem’ handing back Olympic gold medal

• Bolt may have to forfeit medal if Jamaica relay team-mate is banned
• Nesta Carter’s B sample for Beijing understood to be have been positive

Usain Bolt said he would have no problem giving back one of his six Olympic gold medals if a Jamaica relay team-mate is confirmed to have failed a drugs test.

Nesta Carter, who helped the 4x100 team to Olympic and world championship titles, is understood to have returned a doping violation for the banned stimulant methylhexanamine in a retest of 454 samples from the Beijing Games. Carter’s B sample is also understood to have been positive.
