Soccer – Rojo plans to regain his Argentina place

Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo hopes that he will be able to return to action next month and retains the belief that he can win a place in Jorge Sampaoli's Argentina squad for next summer's World Cup. The 27-year-old is upbeat about his chances of featuring in United's Champions League clash against CSKA Moscow on 5th December after being sidelined since April when he suffered a knee ligament injury. Rojo said: "I have to win my place back in the United team so that [Argentina boss] Jorge Sampaoli considers me for the World Cup. "I have been out a while but I am determined to get back into the national team. I want to show Sampaoli how good I am." Manchester United are 1/4 with bet365 to beat Newcastle United on Saturday and 1/1 to score in both halves against Rafa Benitez's team.
