Soccer – Ings in line to face Brighton

Southampton striker Danny Ings has recovered from a hamstring injury and could start against Brighton on Saturday. Ings has not played since picking up the problem in last month's 1-1 draw against his former club, Burnley. However, Shane Long looks set to miss the game, with Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl saying: "Danny has trained for two weeks now. "If he is an option from the starting XI, we will see. Shane Long is the only guy that isn't fit. It wouldn't be so easy for him to play without training for a week." Southampton can be backed at 2/1 with bet365 to beat Brighton, with Ings available at 13/2 to be booked in the encounter.
