Soccer – Ederson focused on winning trophies

Ederson has made it clear that he wants to win the Premier League and Champions League after completing his move to Manchester City from Benfica. The 23-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper leaves the Portuguese side after helping them win their domestic title in the campaign just ended. City boss Pep Guardiola recently released Willy Caballero while Joe Hart has returned to the club after spending the 2016/17 campaign on loan at Torino. Claudio Bravo was Guardiola's first-choice stop-stopper last term but was criticised for some of his displays. "I like everything about Manchester City. Next season, we will have to be focused to achieve the goal of winning trophies," Ederson said. "I want to win the Premier League and the Champions League. Those are my two main goals in this shirt." City are available at 15/8 with bet365 to win the 2017/18 Premier League title outright, while Chelsea can be backed at 10/3.
