Rugby Union – More of the same for Williams

Wales' legend Shane Williams is looking for the team to play with the same verve and ambition during the remainder of the 2018 Six Nations. The Red Dragons, who are 7/1 with bet365 to win the Six Nations, defeated Scotland 34-7 in the opening game of the championship where they found their fluency in attack. Warren Gatland's men will now head to Twickenham to take on defending champions England, who opened the campaign with a dominant triumph over Italy, and Williams hopes they continue to improve with ball in hand. "As a nation we hit a low, we hadn't played to our potential for some time and there did seem to be a depression in Wales," he said. "They (the supporters) want to see Wales play with tempo, off-loading in the tackle, scoring tries and looking dangerous. "We would be happy as Welsh people to see that happen again. As for the results, if Wales don't win the Six Nations this year but they put up a good show, they look dangerous, they look like they have intent and they look like they're moving forward, I think a lot of people will be happy."
