Rugby Union – Familiarity the key for Furlong

British and Irish Lions prop Tadhg Furlong believes Warren Gatland's side will get better with every match that they play. Furlong thinks the time spent training and playing together is starting to pay dividends following the impressive 12-3 victory over a very strong Crusaders side on Saturday. Gatland's team had struggled in their opening two matches, edging to victory over the New Zealand Provincial Barbarians before losing to the Blues. Furlong said: "The Crusaders are a quality side, so as a squad it was a big result for us and it's probably a case of everyone being a bit more familiar with each other now." The Lions are 9/20 with bet365 to beat the Highlanders on Tuesday and 4/1 to come out on top in the first Test against the All Blacks on 24th June.
