Rugby Union – Davies injury rocks Wales

Wales, who are 8/1 with bet365 to win the 2018 Six Nations, have been hit by the news they will have to do without star centre Jonathan Davies for the next six months due to a foot injury. The Scarlets back suffered the injury in the 29-21 defeat at the hands of Australia on Saturday in the latter stages of the Test at the Principality Stadium. The 29-year-old will now miss out on the 2018 Six Nations campaign, which comes as a massive blow to head coach Warren Gatland, while Harlequins star Jamie Roberts has already been called up as a replacement ahead of the remaining autumn Tests against Georgia, New Zealand and South Africa.
