Rugby League – Bennett targets fine margins

England head coach Wayne Bennett wants to see his side tighten up in their play, as they bid to keep their Four Nations hopes alive. A 17-16 loss to New Zealand has left the hosts first needing to see off Scotland and then overcome the might of Australia if they are to reach the tournament final. However, Bennett believes his players - England are 10/1 with bet365 to win the Four Nations - are not too far away from the standard which would be required to test the Kangaroos. He said: "We did a lot of things right, so we're not way behind the eight-ball. We've just got to tidy up in a few areas. "The number one thing in what we do is not beat yourself. We beat ourselves on the weekend. "Structure-wise, the way we defended and the way we attacked was all fine, some of our decision-making has got to be better."
