Liverpool paid agents £43.8m over last year – £17m more than rivals

• Chelsea (£26.8m) and Manchester City (£24.1m) are next on list
• Spurs made £113m profit in 2017-18 to break Liverpool’s record

Liverpool spent £43.8m on agents’ fees during the past year – around £17m more than any other Premier League club – according to new figures from the Football Association.
