Leyton Orient name former West Ham captain Kevin Nolan as player-manager

• Replaces Ian Hendon who was sacked with club 11th in table

Leyton Orient have appointed Kevin Nolan as their new player-manager on a two-and-a-half year deal, replacing Ian Hendon who was sacked on Sunday.
