Cricket – Kohli ready for tough defence

India captain Virat Kohli believes his team's fitness levels will be vital as they attempt to win the Champions Trophy again. Kohli struggled on his previous visit to England, averaging less than 20 in five Test matches three years ago, but is confident that India can successfully defend their crown. The 28-year-old said: "As far as the team goes, we won last time because our fast bowlers did very well, our spinners were strong and our opening batsmen did well. "They were the main three factors. This year the team is a lot fitter, the cricketers are a lot more mature because that was a very young group four years ago." India are available at 4/9 with bet365 to defeat Pakistan at Edgbaston on Sunday 4th June in their opening game, while they are 9/2 to win the Champions Trophy for a second time in a row.
