Cricket – Cook: I haven’t made any decisions on anything

Alastair Cook has not decided whether he will retire from Test cricket after this winter's series between England and Australia. The 32-year-old opening batsman has struggled in the first two Ashes Tests, scoring two, seven, 37 and 16 in his four innings to date. Cook, who will become the first England player to appear in 150 Test matches when the third Test against the Baggy Greens gets underway in Perth later this week, said: "Naturally, there is discussion in any team, senior players talk about the next move. "But ultimately, I don't know. I haven't made any decisions on anything." Cook is 4/1 with bet365 to be his team's top batsman in the first innings in Perth while the tourists are 15/4 to win the third Test.
