Cowboys and Giants clash on Sunday

The Cowboys are up against the New York Giants next.

The Dallas Cowboys come off their bye week tied for first place in the NFC East Division with the Eagles following Philadelphia’s loss to Green Bay last weekend.

The two sides play twice over the next four weeks, including a Thanksgiving match up at the AT & T Stadium in Arlington. However first up for the Cowboys is a trip to the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford NJ to take on the struggling New York Giants.

Losers of five in a row, even two Super Bowl wins may not be enough to save head coach Tom Coughlin and quarterback Eli Manning.

Early season victories over the Houston Texans, Washington Redskins and Atlanta Falcons have given way to one-sided defeats to the Eagles, Cowboys, Indianapolis Colts, Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers. Manning was picked off five times against the Niners and at 33 the former top pick in the draft out of Ole Miss appears to be on the downside of his career.

The Eagles return to Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia for what on paper is a relatively easy contest against the Tennessee Titans.

Mark Sanchez threw for 346 yards against the Packers at Lambeau Field in Green Bay last weekend, but was picked off twice and lost a couple of fumbles. That’s the Sanchez that played his way out of New York after being drafted by the Jets and will add to the speculation that the Eagles will look for a quarterback in the 2015 NFL draft.

The Cowboys are 21.00 to win the Super Bowl, while the Eagles can be backed at 23.00.
